PLATFORM & COMMITMENT

Working Towards Progress

HOUSING

Connecticut housing prices are among the most expensive in the country, and it's largely driven by missing housing stock. For young people like myself to afford to live here, we need more available rental and starter home opportunities - and we can increase the amount of affordable housing responsibly and creatively, through brownfield remediation and transit-oriented development.

CLIMATE

We must address climate change and make Connecticut a more climate resilient state. This district is both a coastal community and close to New York, so we are disproportionately affected by climate change. We need to make sure that our environment stays safe and healthy for generations to come, and in our legislature, I will fight to invest in resilient infrastructure and clean energy. I will work to enact legislation that preserves our air, water, soil, and environment.

CIVICS

As someone who has dedicated his career to public service, I know the need for civic education. We need to get people involved in their government again, whether that means running for office or volunteering on boards and commissions. There is so much more work we can do in our schools to improve civic education and civic engagement. I believe young people want to be a part of shaping the future of their communities. We just have to give them the tools they need.

MENTAL HEALTH

We are facing a mental health crisis in this country, and Connecticut is no exception. Thousands of young people are struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and without adequate support, it can have a huge impact on their well-being. We need leaders at the state level who will commit to investing in mental health resources and making those resources accessible to all Connecticut residents.

VOTE FOR TONY BY FEBRUARY 25th AND WE CAN:

  • Lower the cost of living and create good-paying jobs.

  • Invest in our schools and make them a safe space for learning.

  • Strengthen local businesses and rebuild our infrastructure.

  • Ensure every family has access to affordable healthcare and housing.

  • Strengthen support for our seniors so they can enjoy their golden years in the community they helped build and shape.
